The link below gives details of a "Pre-application public consultation" arranged for the proposed development of up to 250 houses on Oakley Farm Pastures AONB, to be held on Wednesday 26th June from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Cornerstone Centre, 1 Severn Road, Cheltenham GL52 5QA. We have only become aware of this arrangement today, although it has apparently been advertised in the local press on 13th June and again today, 20th June.
PLEASE LEND YOUR VOICE BY USING THIS OPPORTUNITY TO PROTEST AGAINST THE PROSPECTIVE LOSS OF OUR BEAUTIFUL AONB BY JOINING US AT THE CONSULTATION, AT WHATEVER TIME AND FOR HOWEVER LONG YOU CAN ATTEND.
Do spread the word: the more who can attend to voice their objections, the greater the opposition and the louder the message that will be presented to both the council and the developers.
