Friends and Charlton Kings Parish Council invited to a presentation given by Vistry Homes.

Representatives from the Charlton Kings Parish Council and Oakley Farm Pastures Slopes Friends Group were invited to a presentation given by Vistry Homes at their offices on 9th August 2023, on the proposed development of Oakley Farm Pastures. We were shown revised site layout plans and proposed housing designs, all of which were at the time still "work in progress". Subsequently a detailed/reserved matters planning application has been submitted to CBC, planning reference 23/01691/REM. Comments are invited via the public access portal.
