APPEAL INQUIRY NOT EXPECTED TO CLOSE UNTIL MID DECEMBER

The appeal inquiry began on 7th September and has reached the end of its allotted time (24th September) without hearing all scheduled topics. The evidence, questioning and discussions have taken much longer than expected and last week ended with the topic ‘Highways’. There will now be a break until 5th November.

A further 6 days have been allocated to the inquiry at mutually agreed dates. These remaining agenda items are as follows:

5 & 8 Nov - Education 25/26 Nov - Planning 13/14 Dec - Closing submissions
