Friends are disappointed to advise that at the meeting of the CBC Planning Committee on 21 Mar 24, committee members voted to approve the developer’s application to vary the wording of Condition 13 (Gradients). The Reserved Matters application is likely to be considered at the April meeting.

Although Council Officers initially recommended that plans for the development should go-ahead, a decision was made by the planning committee on Dec 14th to defer until a later date. This was due to concerns raised by officers about the access road gradients.
