Yesterday (16th July 20), Cheltenham Borough Council confirmed that a planning application for the proposed development of up to 250 houses on Oakley Farm Pasture Slopes has now been received from Robert Hitchins Limited.
NOTE: Some confusion has arisen from the letter sent to local residents as to what is being sought so we thought it would be helpful to clarify here: the application states that planning approval is being sought for 'access to the housing estate via Harp Hill'. However, the application is not just about 'access'; it is seeking approval for 250 dwellings to be built. YOU SHOULD OBJECT TO THIS PLANNING APPLICATION BEFORE 13th AUGUST 2020 in order to stop this development.
