CBC alerts interested parties of the appeal inquiry for the development application on Oakley Farm

Anyone who has already made a comment against the application 20/01069/OUT for the development of up to 250 houses on Oakley Farm Pasture Slopes AONB should have been contacted by Cheltenham Borough Council this week, by letter, informing them of the appeal date of the above application. The appeal will be heard by the Planning Inspector, Matthew Nunn BA(Hons) BPI LLB LLM BCL MRTPI, on behalf of central government.

Anyone who has made a comment may make further comments (or change existing comments) up to 22nd June 2021. Any comments made after this date will likely be disregarded so ensure your comments are sent to the Planning Department by this date.
