Friends are disappointed to advise that at the meeting of the CBC Planning Committee on 21 Mar 24, committee members voted to approve the developer’s application to vary the wording of Condition 13 (Gradients). The Reserved Matters application is likely to be considered at the April meeting.

Alex Chalk opposes the controversial proposals for the Oakley Farm AONB site,which are currently at the pre-planning stage. Alex is a long-standing supporter of the AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and has fought previous similar applications.
