... yet Robert Hitchins Limited is proposing access to a new 250-dwelling housing estate from Harp Hill. However, Eden Villas, on the site of the old GCHQ building, was approved planning permission by CBC on the basis that ONLY 40 houses could be accessed from Harp Hill. Now, a proposal for MORE THAN 6 TIMES THAT AMOUNT is being prepared for submission to CBC planning.
